The salon has been designed and fitted to give your dog the best experience. We limit the number of dogs we groom so we can offer a one to one experience, ensuring each dog gets plenty of time and attention.
All breeds are catered for at Wuff Groom. We appreciate that every dog is different, and for each individual we offer a personalised service. FREE Puppy Introductions
HELLO!
The first experience a puppy has of grooming can have a lasting impression. With a lifetime of grooming ahead, a good experience is so important.
Most puppies should start their grooming journey before they are 16 weeks old. We offer a FREE puppy introduction for dogs under 20 weeks of age, after all vaccinations are complete.
These short sessions are designed to get your puppy familiar with a grooming environment... the noises, the smells and the tools. Building their confidence, ready for their first full groom. With the puppy's first groom it is a case of what you can do as opposed to what you want to do.
If a dog is presented in a severely matted condition, we will seek permission to de-matt by clipping the coat very short. This allows the skin to breathe and recover, encouraging a new and healthy coat to develop. We can then reshape and style the coat at the next groom.

Hand Strip
This is the process of removing your dog's dead hair by hand and takes longer than clipping. The process of pulling the hair opens the pores and bathing afterwards can irritate the skin so if you prefer a bath can be booked in a few days later.
Hand strip includes nail trim, hand strip and a spritz of skin calm.
